I received the remote for $45.00 which I was told would work as another remote for our new adjustable base. I could not pair it and when I asked for instructions I was told that adding a 2nd remote was not possible. And returning the remote was not allowed so I paid $45 for nothing. Very poor instructions and support.

I had received my frames ,and had a small hole punch through box to bed cover and when i emailed them they resolved it immediately and so far bed works great. I did order spare remote with bed just in case one quits and gets broken so might be worth the investment.
