PRODUCT PRICING

We strive to bring you the lowest prices. The strike-through or reference price indicates the Product’s suggested retail price (SRP) and may or may not have been offered by us or other retailers at or above that price in the past and may not be offered for sale at that price on any future date. Thus, the strike-through price may not necessarily be the prevailing market price, regular retail price, or former price of a Product. In addition, Products may be offered by us or other retailers at the same or lower prices during future promotional events beginning on or after the last day of any advertised promotion.

The price for Products available for purchase through the Websites will be displayed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted as Canadian Dollars. The prices displayed exclude applicable taxes and any shipping fees, which are displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to change any of the Product prices or fees that we charge, or to institute new or additional fees, at any time upon notice to you.

120-Day Sleep Trial & Hassle-Free Return Policy - Applies to Sleep Systems and Mattresses - Only Purchased from BlissfulNights.com Directly.

Blissful Nights Sleep Systems and Mattresses come with a 120-Day sleep trial unless otherwise advertised on the site or marketing material. We understand that mattresses and other sleep products are a “feel thing”. We ask that you sleep on Blissful Nights products for AT LEAST 30 days. We believe that somewhere between 30 and 120 days you should know for sure if Blissful Nights products are right for you.

Days 1-30

CHARGES WILL APPLY IF YOU INITIATE A RETURN BEFORE 30 DAYS of receiving your items. This includes instances where you purchased the wrong size, or you simply changed your mind, we can process a return with an $150.00 PICK-UP FEE.

Days 31-120

If you decide to initiate a return after sleeping on Blissful Nights Products for 31 days, notify our Customer Service Team and they will arrange a pick-up AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

AFTER 120 days if there is any problem with your Blissful Nights product(s), especially a verifiable manufacturer defect, we will resolve the issue immediately. Our Customer Service Team is experienced at handling any issue and are empowered to find a solution.

30-Day Adjustable Bed and Accessories (pillows, sheets, protectors, head board brackets) Trial & Hassle - Free Return Policy - Applies to Adjustable Beds Only Purchased from Blissfulnights.com Directly. 30 Day policy EXCLUDES REPLACEMENT REMOTES.

If you decide to initiate a return for less than 30 days (of the delivery date), notify our Customer Service Team and they will arrange a pick-up AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE (must be in original packaging). Please be sure to keep all original packaging, as a FedEx call tag will be placed to pick up the item.

SHIPPING POLICY

It is Blissful Nights's policy to send all orders via FedEx Ground unless otherwise stated on the website or marketing material to the lower 48 states. If you absolutely don’t want to have a signature required on your delivery, please check the box at checkout to waive the signature required delivery. Unfortunately, if you don’t have a signature required, we cannot reimburse or send replacements if your order is lost or stolen after we receive a delivery confirmation from our carrier.

Our Customer Service Team has experience talking to customers like you and determining if Blissful Nights is the right mattress for you. If it isn’t we will tell you.
