Bought this bed about two months ago and it’s been fantastic. The zero-gravity setting completely eliminated my lower back pain, and the mattress provides excellent support without feeling too firm. The snoring feature actually works and has been a nice bonus. Everything feels solid and well-built, and the split head design is great for individual comfort. Easily one of the best sleep upgrades I’ve made.
These brackets need better instructions and illustrations that match the product ordered. There also needs to be screws or some other fasteners for the footboard. Customer service also needs a major overhaul, the representatives are poorly trained on product knowledge. Who approved this information package? These changes would improve customer satisfaction and decrease complaints. Everyone answering emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication need extensive product knowledge to help customers assemble their purchases. We’ve spent hard earned money and have high expectations of seemingly quality products and matching services.
Apparently, those have designed the king size adjustable bed have never slept in one. These beds are too large to have one remote on one side, I was never told that two remotes would not work when I ordered a second. So I have an extra one in the drawer, apparently non-returnable.
Received base via Fed Ex in good condition. It was about 5 degrees outside. Bed base had been sitting in the Van for 48 hours due to bad roads and blizzard conditions. I unboxed and moved it into the house to warm up. The next day we set it into the oak bedframe. All works as supposed to. Very pleased so far. It takes two people to handle this. It's heavy.
Gets the job done. Good quality, price and shipping cost. Instructions could be a bit more detailed, but is sufficient to install.
My Mother in Law accidentally threw the remote away for her adjustable bed base. I searched the web attempting to find one and happened upon Blissful Nights. All the model numbers seemed to match up so I decided to order the remote. Prove was reasonable, shipping took a little longer than I expected but I received the remote and luckily it worked!!
These brackets were purchased because they are made to fit our twin XL power bases. Free shipping was a positive factor in our decision.
The box included all brackets and screws and washers for head and foot brackets.
The instruction manual included illustrations which also helped. It took my husband and myself about 35 minutes to complete the install.
We are very pleased with the results and recommend this product.
After 1 week's use, I'm glad I bought this. Easy to set up (need 2 people for a king size) and operate.
As some stated, the massage could be stronger. The under bed lights are very bright.

Lost the original remote for my z4 bed frame. Looked for weeks till I stumbled across this sight. I now remember it’s where I bought the bed. I ordered the e6 remote. It arrived sooner than expected and synced up very easily. Works just like the one I lost. Great price great product great company

I think the E4 is really nice and the adjustability is amazing. It helps me sit up in bed to read and watch movies. The only two things that I believe that would make this adjustable base better is the the zero gravity needs to be adjusted a little more so you actually feel the tension in your back release and it makes you feel like you are floating. Additionally, I believe the massage could be strong so you actually feel it through your body and not just the bed moving.

The e4 adjustable base is my new favorite thing. It had just been set up, along with my new 12" mattress when the flu hit. I was able to watch TV and read in bed without causing neck pain, thanks to this beauty. The massage settings are adjustable as well and were very welcome. After spending way too much time in bed, my neck and hips were still fine. Thanks for this great addition to my home!
Setup was easy and fast. I can't believe I waited so long to order my replacement remote. I no longer have to have my Cal king adjustable base sides linked to just one working remote>

The mattress is super comfortable and the split CA king set up is the bomb. Sheets are soft and cool too. Great purchase!!

Overall we love the e4 and split top mattress. I would of given 5 stars but the mattress is not the size of a true california king, maybe king size? I dont know if there was a mistake in shipping, or if its just smaller than a true California king. On the site the king and the California king were listed as the same price, so I assume the mattress is the same for the king and cal king and its just the spacing between the 2 combined bed frames that makes up the difference?
