Product specifications, designs, materials, features, packaging, and components may be modified from time to time, provided that such modifications do not materially reduce the product's intended functionality, except where otherwise disclosed.
If we discover a material error in a product description or other information associated with an order, we may contact you to provide corrected information or take other appropriate action.
4. Product Pricing, Reference Prices and Promotions
Product Prices
We strive to offer competitive pricing on our products.
Prices, product availability, promotions, discounts, and other offers displayed on the Website are subject to change from time to time.
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the Website are in U.S. Dollars. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, delivery charges, or other charges, if any, may be calculated and displayed separately at checkout.

Displayed estimated monthly payments are estimates and may differ from the actual payment terms offered by the financing provider.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be modified or cancelled after processing or fulfillment has begun.
If an order has already shipped, the applicable return or trial policy will govern.

12. Sleep Trials, Returns and Exchanges
Certain Blissful Nights mattresses may be eligible for a sleep trial.
The length, eligibility requirements, required break-in period, return procedure, exclusions, and other conditions applicable to a sleep trial are described in the return or sleep-trial policy presented on the Website or with the applicable product.
A sleep trial applies only to products expressly identified as eligible.
Foundations, adjustable bases, bed frames, pillows, bedding, protectors, accessories, clearance merchandise, final-sale merchandise, and other products may have different return policies or may not qualify for a mattress sleep trial.
You are responsible for reviewing the return or trial terms applicable to the product you purchase.
Where a product-specific return or trial policy conflicts with this general section, the product-specific policy will control to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in our return policies limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
13. Condition of Returned Products
Products returned under a sleep trial or return policy must satisfy the conditions stated in the applicable policy.
We may require reasonable documentation regarding the product and its condition, including photographs, proof of purchase, product labels, law tags, serial numbers, or other information reasonably necessary to process the return.
Products that are damaged through misuse, abuse, improper installation, unsanitary conditions, unauthorized modification, or use inconsistent with product instructions may be ineligible for voluntary return benefits, subject to applicable law and warranty rights.
14. Refunds
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Unless otherwise required by law or stated in the applicable return policy, original expedited shipping, delivery, removal, installation, or other service charges may not be refundable.
For products purchased as part of a bundle or promotion, the refund may reflect the promotional allocation or discount associated with the returned product.
If a free product or gift was conditioned upon purchasing another product, the promotional value of the gift may be deducted from the refund if the gift is not returned, where disclosed and permitted by law.

Blissful Nights™, ActiveAlign™, EcoCore™, Sofinity™, and other names, marks, designs, and technology names displayed on the Website may be trademarks or other proprietary intellectual property of Blissful Nights, its affiliates, or their respective owners.
You may use the Website for personal, noncommercial purposes.
No content from the Website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, commercially exploited, or used to create derivative works without authorization, except as permitted by applicable law.
17. Reviews, Photographs and Other User Content
If you submit a product review, photograph, video, testimonial, comment, or other content to us, you represent that you have the right to submit that content.
