I ordered the wrong bed by mistake! Not only did customer service assist me with returning the wrong size, they also helped me to get the accurate size within a week! Very happy with their efforts.

I used to wake up with such terrible lower back pain I could barely get out of bed. I read reviews of many different beds, scoured the web, and searched stores for that "perfect" bed. I finally decided to try this, especially with the return policy. I knew I needed an adjustable bed, but a medium to medium-firm mattress was somewhat challenging to find (or at least what they would say was one). I found this bed and am SO GLAD I did. I sleep through the night, my reflux no longer bothers me with the head tilt feature, and my legs feel great in the mornings having been raised all night. I love the massage feature, too! My only disappointment was at that time (not sure if it still is) the listing stated there were under-bed lights and there most definitely are not. Oh well. Hardly the end of the world, but the listing should be correct. Anyway, buy this bed. You won't regret it! The only thing you need is some sturdy sheet keepers as with an adjustable, my sheets never stay on...by the way, I bought mine in April of 2021 and STILL love it!

I waited a few weeks to give this bed a little trial before I would say anything but it turns out to be a very nice bed. I was worried prior to everything arriving that the mattress would be either too hard or too soft for me. I tend to move around a lot when I sleep in which I tend to lay in various positions. Regardless of how I lay in the bed every position felt comfortable to me and since having this bed I actually get a full nights rest as compared to my previous bed. The delivery was quick for it being the holiday period of purchasing.
Another plus for me was how customer service was very helpful in assisting me with the annoying beeping noise it was making after assembling the bed frame.
