The replacement remote I bought doesn’t work and there weren’t any instructions included on how to program the remote with the bed. I had to google the instructions and that wasn’t not easy.

After looking all over for an adjustable bed that would work for me once I found this one I knew it was the one it had the one feature that I was always looking for where the bed can go straight up and down once I found it I knew that was it I'm completely satisfied with this bed after sleeping and for about 3 nights now and I am so glad I purchased this bed 😊🤗
The V2.5 Adjustable Bed Frame - Headboard & Foot Board Brackets are well built and line up perfectly with existing holes on bed frames. All the hardware and fasteners are included, which makes for easy assembly and connection to your headboard/footboard.
I was surprised at the heavy gauge steel, welded plates, and sturdy bolts. Very swell made.
This mattress is firm. Not extremely firm, but just right for those that like a firm mattress. I was worried it would be too firm, but it's just like I like it. While you sleep it conforms to your body and I slept a wonderful 8 hours last night which I seldom do and had no pain or numb limbs at all when I woke up . I hope it lasts more than a few years, although it has a warranty. I sleep flat even though I bought an e4 bed frame to go with it. Oh, the price is right also!
This is a very nice and sturdy bedframe. It works and performs very nice and is quiet and smooth. I'm totally satisfied with the price, performance, and quality. I hope it gives me many years of service! Of course that remains to be seen but I think it will. I really can't think of a thing to complain about so far. Thank you!
Ordered the mattress and the adjustable base. Still getting used to it, but so far so good. Mattress is comfortable, and once we figured things out the base seems to be working fine. Had a couple of hiccups at first due to unclear instructions, but a quick call got a quick and accurate answer. Seems lots of similar calls = reps well versed in the answer. So Blissful Nights, please review your product info/set up info and update as appropriate. Overall, we like the bed so far.

I ordered a new remote for the my bed and when it came it would not operate the bed. Contacted customer service and they help trouble shoot, then sent a replacement bed controller solved the problem with one call.
The product fits beautifully. I have a new hybrid Thuma mattress which is very comfortable. I wanted a protector that didn’t interfere with that. It’s not hot here yet, so I can’t speak to the cooling component. Customer service is excellent.

Fairly easy set up. It took some getting used to a firmer mattress than i was uaed to. It would be nice if there were more firmness options for the split top king. It has been really nice to have separate movement, and it has helped my lower back, but not great on the shoulder if you're a side sleeper. Still, it was worth it.
Blissful Nights e4 Adjustable Bed Frame - Premium Features - Massage - Zero Clearance
We wanted to get a SleepNumber split-king mattress while retaining our existing bedframe (oak headboard, under-mattress drawers, nightstands). The existing SleepNumber adjustable bed frame was not compatible with our bedframe, as it was not zero-clearance. The Blissful Nights e4 bedframe (well, both of them, to be honest: with a king, you actually get two twin frames that are interconnected to have common foot movement and independent (split) head movement) fit into our oak frame & the sleep number mattress went on top, no issues. I will say that "zero-clearance" is more like "3-inches tall, when using without legs" since it rises above the oak bed frame an inch or two. Combined with a fairly tall mattress from SleepNumber & you're talking about a bed height that is pretty high. Not a problem for us, but the geriatric cat is a bit put out at having to leap half a foot higher or so. The e4 frame has been quiet and smooth. (Honestly, haven't used the "massage" feature -- dude, its a motor with an offset weight, so it doesn't massage, it vibrates. And that ain't for me.) Would I buy it again. Yup!
Bed works well so far no issues. Nice having the zero gravity.
I had received my frames ,and had a small hole punch through box to bed cover and when i emailed them they resolved it immediately and so far bed works great. I did order spare remote with bed just in case one quits and gets broken so might be worth the investment.
After several years thinking about getting a zero gravity elevating bed, I did it and I am glad. My mattress was oldish but still good so thought it would be best tp buy a nrw one from the same company as the bed frame. 12" worked for me and I findd the mattress to be comfortable and good quality. I am very happy with my purchase.

So far everything is great on this bed. Love the split head. Massage isn't very effective but that's not why we bought it. Side lights are a good feature.

This lounger is super comfy. Truly. It's a little on the large side but that is fine. I do wish that they offered more variety in color. I would be happy to purchase an entire set for the living room but I need a different shade in there.
Amazingly comfortable. Easy set up but was a little awkward to handle. Definitely worth it! I used the zero gravity setting the first night and slept very deep. Woke up with no feet or leg pain. Glad I finally bought this!
