How does Try Before You Buy work?

Pick your products: Add up to 4 eligible products to your cart, only paying a $50 refundable deposit at checkout.

Try at home, 120 nights risk-free: Try our products at home for 120 days for mattresses and sleep systems, and 30 days for adjustable beds. Full payment won’t be charged until 30 days after delivery.

If you love it, keep it!: You will be charged in full after 35 nights and your deposit goes toward what you keep.

Simple returns: If you’re not completely satisfied you can request a refund up to 120 days from the delivery date for mattresses and sleep systems, and up to 30 days for adjustable beds. Please contact us for a refund request at or call us at 1-877-622-6550.

Is the deposit refundable?
The deposit charged upon your initial checkout will be applied toward the cost of any items you decide to keep. If you request a refund for items in your order, your deposit is refunded.

Why do I see a charge authorization on my credit card statement when initially checking out?
For some orders (especially first-time orders), a temporary authorization charge may be processed to verify the validity of the credit card. The charge amount can vary between 1%-100% of the total order value depending on the total order value.
Note that this authorization is automatically and immediately canceled, but may remain visible as a pending ‘authorization charge’ for a few business days on your statement. Authorization charges are never held for longer than a few seconds and should be removed from your statement within a few days of being processed. If the transaction is not removed from your statement after a week, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help

How long is my trial period? 
You can try products at home for for 120 days for mattresses and sleep systems, and 30 days for adjustable beds. Full payment won’t be charged until 30 days after delivery.

When does my trial period start? 
Your trial period starts when all of the items from your Try Before You Buy order are delivered.

How many items can I try at once? 
Try Before You Buy allows you to try up to a maximum of 4 items at once. 

Can I order multiple product sizes?
Yes! You can add different sizes of the same item to find your perfect fit.

Can I check out with both Try Before You Buy items and non-Try Before You Buy items in the same order?
Yes, you can check out with a mixed cart that includes both TBYB and non-TBYB items where you will only need to pay up front for the non-TBYB items

Can I use a discount code?
Yes, you can absolutely use a discount code with Try Before You Buy. You will have the option to enter in your discount code on the 2nd page of checkout after you’ve entered in your shipping address. If you decide to keep any discounted items, we’ll apply the code at the end of your trial period.

How do I track my order?
You can find the tracking information for your order in the shipping confirmation email that is sent as soon as your items are fulfilled and shipped. 

How will I know that my trial period has started?
You will receive an email notification once all items in your order have been delivered letting you know that your trial period has started. The email will come from sender, with the subject line, “Try period starting for Blissful Nights order {order number}”. 

What if my items are delivered separately?
In the case that your items are shipped separately, your trial period starts when the final package is delivered to you.
