I want to compliment South Bay International Customer Service for its excellent service. Last fall I purchased a Blissful Nights Z4 Adjustable Bed Frame through Wayfair. I had no problem setting up my new bed frames and I used the enclosed jumper wire to synchronise the two beds until my new split king mattresses arrived. Once I had the new mattresses I disconnected the frames and started using them separately. My wife and I love being able to watch TV without a heap of pillows and we both have different bed settings for sleeping. I enjoy setting my side a little higher to cut back my snoring and acid reflux. This past Tuesday I dropped my remote and the bed stopped working. I checked the batteries, which were very low, so I replaced them. Well that didn't help, still no movement. Got out the instructions and tried to pair the remote with the control box. Instructions were not much help. After a couple hours I figured I'd call the Customer Service call center in California. I got a very nice lady who walked me through pairing the remote, seems I had the "improved" control box and remote so the instructions didn't apply. After a couple attempts to pair the devices she told me that she would send me a new control box and remote, since we could not tell where the problem was. That was Tuesday at lunch time, Eastern Time. Today is Thursday afternoon and FEDEX just dropped off the new devices. I tried the Remote first and surprise that fixed the problem. I really want to complement Bliss Full Nights for having the best customer service I have ever encountered, knowledgeable and quick solution.
